The benefits of achieving healthy activism is making a difference, feeling good, and seeing the success in your cause being accomplished. In this Swedish study it reports that 6-hour workdays are the sweet spot in productivity & happiness in workers. Now let's add your volunteer, philanthropy, or tithing hours to your working hours. Is it more or less than 36 hours a week? This is a good way to manage your time, money, & help prevent burn out. Below is more valuable information on what's helped me since 2016. I. Healing your environments. The environment that I mean are the internal and external kind. How is your mind, body, & home life? Start there. We are exposing ourselves to some of the terrors of the world. If we can accept our entire self, the good, bad and the ugly then we can learn what we can and cannot do in matters that we are exposed to. Accepting the sadness, anger, loss that we see is the least we can do. The less we accept it, the worse we can start to make the situation. The more we accept it, then the more we can learn and see where we can get started to change things. This takes energy, and it's easier had when we turn our bodies & homes into a sanctuary to heal & become stronger & do better. II. Organize. Your time, money & self is valuable. Organizing to gain better perspective saves yourself from doing too much, spending too much, and doing the wrong thing while trying to do something impactful. Remember, solutions come from facts. If you focus on fact (experience &evidence) based solutions you'll be more successful in your venture. You can download a good calendar and have it available on your homepage on your cell to stay within healthy working hours by tracking yourself on your schedule. If you need guidance with your finances, you can find how I do my thing here. III. Start small & start one thing at a time. Starting small can be important, especially when it comes to doing something new and different. Having experience to understand how to have great impact is also pretty important. You can start on what you're passionate about solving. Be kind to yourself and you can focus only on what you really want to do, when you want to do it. We have tried and true projects here on our Solutions Blog please feel free to browse. IV. Be a part of a working system: Our group & so many great nonprofits in our area could use your help. Adding yourself to locations that may already support your passion is a great start. Find them here and sign up below if you'd like to provide your services in our group. The right people gets projects done faster & easier. Thank you. Problem Solve > Invest > Restore
