“Accepting death doesn't mean you won't be devastated when someone you love dies. It means you will be able to focus on your grief, unburdened by bigger existential questions like, "Why do people die?" and "Why is this happening to me?" Death isn't happening to you. Death is happening to us all.”
Death being a natural part of existence, Alabama experiences it a lot, and oh does she need some healing. We sometimes forget to heal after a passing. Dealing, coping, and learning are so important so we may, if necessary, prevent anymore tragic losses for others.

Here's what you'll need: a basket, something artsy, fun, supportive, & soothing. Here are some examples below.
You can also give:
•A good meal replacement. Something easy and nutritious like Garden of Life Raw Organic Meal.
•A punching bag
•And most importantly your love, presence, and support.
